Shipping/Delivery Information

Shipping and Processing charges are intended to cover costs associated with processing orders, handling, packaging and shipping products. 


A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is placed and verified. We then begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.


It normally takes 3-5 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.  However, some orders may take up to 7 business days to process.

You will be informed if an item in your order is not available for immediate shipment. Therefore, the order may be separated into different shipments (for no extra charge), and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day.


Once your order has been successfully processed, you will receive an email informing you that your order is being shipped which may include a tracking number.  Please be aware that while most shipments normally take 3-10 business days to arrive, however it can take up to take up to 20 business days to arrive.  


We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at the moment. Please make sure to write a detailed and valid shipping address while placing the order.


Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of the order, and can take longer than expected date due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes such as bad weather.  

Please email us within 5 weeks of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours.

* Please note that while shipping costs are added to your order.  We do not cover any customs charges/fees that are accessed by your country once your order is received in your country.  Any customs fees that are accessed are to be paid by the buyer at time of delivery or pick up.
